Diversifai is an artificial intelligence consulting company that evaluates the diversification of algorithm results for a racial diverse pool of content. Through algorithm testing and partnership development Diversifai helps organizations to adhere to the The Institute for Ethical AI & ML's eight (8) primary principles for ethicality in AI through seven (7) actionable controls.

Diversifai has developed consistent processes for review of the principled areas within varying organizational structures. This AI audit includes analysis and reporting of the necessary areas for remediation along with a detailed report with recommendations for potential partnerships for inclusive content and driving the removal of biases through code review and rule set review.

Founders

Diversifai is made up BIPOC compliance practitioners and data scientists. Started in 2020 by technical a Compliance Project Manager, looking to solve the problem of risk and lack of audit sightline that existed in the procuring of vendors. So what started as a solve for a vendor management problem has become a solution for the world of algorithms that various organizations rely on everyday.

Olivia Fowora, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

With almost ten (10) years of compliance experience, Olivia's compliance experience spans securities regulation, information security, data privacy, artificial intelligence, machine learning and ethicality in AI and ML.  Olivia specializes in developing strategies aimed at mitigating an organization’s legal and compliance risks. Her expertise includes preparing risk assessments, evaluating and improving compliance programs, investigating compliance issues and advising on remediation strategies.Olivia is highly experienced in compliance program evaluations against the Sarbanes Oxley, SEC and FINRA securities regulatory frameworks and ISO27001, ISO27017, ISO27018, HITRUST, PCI information security frameworks. She has also created readiness plans and implementation procedures for companies seeking to comply with European General Data Protection Regulation

Dr. Mayowa Ayodele, Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist (CDS) 

Mayowa is an experienced data scientist who specializes in applying evolutionary computation as well as machine learning algorithms to industrial problems. With a doctorate degree in Artificial Intelligence, she has made valuable contributions to many bodies of knowledge including the ACM-Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference, IEEE- Congress on Evolutionary Computation, Springer-Conference on Machine Learning, Optimization, and Data Science and Springer -Conference on Parallel Problem Solving from Nature. In the last seven (7) years, Mayowa has designed many data-driven applications to support decision making within construction, insurance, legal, transportation and oil & gas sectors.
